KCCA is one of Uganda's largest procurers of construction services — managing road construction, drainage, building maintenance, and urban infrastructure across Kampala's five divisions. Being an approved contractor opens a consistent pipeline of urban construction contracts.

Requirements for Registration

- PPDA provider registration
- KCCA trading licence
- 2 to 3 years audited financial statements

- UIPE-registered engineers on staff
- Bank reference confirming bonding capacity

- Complete all sections — do not leave any blank
- Compile all supporting documents into one organised submission file
- Submit to KCCA Procurement and Disposal Unit at City Hall
- KCCA publishes approved contractor lists after evaluation
