The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) is a 1,443 kilometre pipeline from Hoima, Uganda to Tanga, Tanzania โ total project value approximately USD 5 billion. It represents the largest source of construction and supply chain contracts Uganda has ever seen for domestic companies.
